Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in luxury spa or hotel operations.
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or senior therapist/reception role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Knowledge of luxury hospitality standards preferred.
• Ability to lead shifts independently.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily spa operations, ensuring guest experiences meet luxury standards.
• Lead reception and therapist teams, providing coaching and briefings.
• Drive spa revenue through treatments, upgrades, and retail.
• Monitor opening/closing procedures and operational readiness.
• Maintain compliance with safety, hygiene, and SOPs.
• Coordinate scheduling and inventory to maximize utilization.
