Qualificações

• Experience in guest services is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Schedule services for individuals and groups using spa reservation system.
• Call and/or email guests to confirm appointments.
• Provide information about available spa services.
• Update reservations list and inform team of changes.
• Check in guests and provide orientation upon arrival.
• Promote spa services following Brand Standards.
• Handle payments and tip logging.
• Balance, scan, and drop receipts with Finance.
