Job summary

Carrier is seeking a seasoned FP&A professional to support Southeast Asia financial planning and reporting. You will consolidate forecasts, analyze performance across regions, and prepare executive-ready materials for regional leadership.

The role requires strong modelling, Excel/PowerPoint skills, and experience with HFM or SAP in a multinational environment. You will partner with country finance teams and equipment/aftermarket leaders to drive performance and deliver financial targets.

Qualifications

5–8 years in FP&A, commercial finance, controllership, or related finance role.
Strong financial modelling, forecasting, and performance management skills.
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency for executive presentations.
Experience with HFM and SAP; BI/dashboarding exposure is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines in a fast-paced matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Support SEA financial reporting cadence: weekly updates, monthly forecasts, quarterly reviews, annual plans.
Consolidate regional forecasts across sales, orders, backlog, profitability, cash flow and costs.
Prepare executive-ready reviews and decision-support materials for regional leadership.
Partner with country finance teams and stakeholders to identify risks and actions.
Drive standardization, process optimization and automation in reporting.
