Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Singapore seeks a CX Advisory Lead to own and grow the Southeast Asia advisory business across MarTech and CX Improvement. You will drive revenue, shape offerings, and supervise delivery while maintaining hands-on involvement.

You will build and nurture relationships with key SEA clients up to the C-suite, lead cross-functional teams, and travel across the region to expand strategic accounts and deliver tangible CX outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in CX/MarTech consulting or advisory.
• Experience with revenue ownership / P&L.
• Proven track record closing deals and growing accounts.

Responsibilities

• Own SEA advisory revenue targets and growth.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across MarTech and CX Improvement.
• Oversee delivery quality and client satisfaction across engagements.
• Manage senior client relationships up to C-suite level.
• Travel across SEA as needed to support accounts.
• Partner with delivery teams to ensure practical and platform-aligned recommendations.
