Qualifications

• 10+ years of CX/MarTech consulting or advisory with P&L or revenue ownership.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe MarTech (Adobe Experience Platform, AEM, Analytics) and/or Salesforce CRM.
• Proven track record delivering CX improvement programs across digital and contact centre channels.
• Demonstrated business development skills to shape opportunities and close deals.
• Experience managing multi-disciplinary delivery teams and senior client relationships.
• Based in Singapore with willingness to travel across Southeast Asia.
• Ability to grow a practice area from the ground up with hands-on involvement.

Responsibilities

• Own and achieve revenue targets for the Southeast Asia advisory practice.
• Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities in MarTech and CX Improvement.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline across existing and new client accounts.
• Develop and enhance advisory offerings anchored in Adobe MarTech and/or Salesforce CRM platforms and CX Improvement.
• Monitor market trends, platform capabilities, and competitor positioning.
• Oversee delivery of advisory engagements to ensure quality and client satisfaction.
• Provide senior oversight and escalation for multiple advisory projects.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure practical consulting recommendations.
• Serve as senior relationship owner for key Southeast Asia accounts.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and cross-selling across services.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with client stakeholders up to the C-suite.
