Charterhouse Resources is seeking an experienced Sous Chef/Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at an outlet in Central or East Singapore. You will prepare ingredients and dishes according to recipes and SOPs, ensuring consistency in taste, quality and presentation.

You will also supervise and guide junior kitchen staff, assist in daily operations and maintain kitchen hygiene standards. Open to learning new techniques and working with a variety of ingredients, you will be a positive team
