Job summary

Airwallex, a global fintech leader, is seeking a Manager, Solutions Strategy (IC) in Singapore. You will translate leadership priorities into operating mechanisms, drive cross-functional programs across Solutions, Product, Commercial, DevX, Operations and Salesforce Ops, and build scalable, reusable tools and AI-assisted workflows to improve delivery speed and outcomes.

You will lead the evolution of the global operating model for Solutions, while empowering a builder motion to create assets

Qualifications

• Strong program management instincts for cross-functional work.
• Ability to define frameworks, narratives, cadences and follow through.
• Experience in technical environments with Solutions Engineers, Product and engineering.
• Ability to turn ambiguity into a clear roadmap and execution plan.
• Experience scaling reporting mechanisms, operating cadences and backlogs.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic programs to improve how the Solutions organization operates globally.
• Evolve the strategic backlog into scoped initiatives with owners and milestones.
• Define hygiene standards, status models and workload visibility.
• Build weekly, monthly and quarterly business rhythms for Solutions leadership.
