Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Manager, Solutions Strategy (IC) to scale the Solutions organization. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, delivery, and technical enablement, translating leadership priorities into operating mechanisms and driving cross-functional programs across Solutions, Product, Commercial, DevX, Operations, and Salesforce Ops.

Qualifications

Strong program management instincts with ability to structure cross-functional work.
Comfort working in technical environments with cross-functional teams.
Excellent organizational skills turning ideas into a roadmap and plan.

Responsibilities

Own strategic programs that improve global operation of the Solutions organization.
Drive the evolution of the Solutions strategic backlog with scoped initiatives.
Define hygiene standards, status models, prioritization reviews, and workload visibility.
Build and run weekly, monthly, and quarterly business rhythms for leadership.
Partner with regional leads to define engagement criteria and delivery frameworks.
Establish governance for the Feature Builder Program across regions and track outcomes.
