Job summary

Sioux Connect is Sioux Technologies PTE. LTD.'s integration platform for ERP, HR, finance and management reporting. As Solution Lead you own Connect from requirements to adoption, shaping what we build and ensuring it lands with users, turning it into a proposition we sell.

Your first mission is the implementation of Connect at Sioux Netherlands, serving as our reference case. You also lead IT and AI automation across Sioux Asia, spanning China, Singapore, Vietnam and India.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, operations or IT consulting with hands-on delivery.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into working systems and KPI frameworks.
• Strong AI skills and ability to discuss architecture with engineers.
• Experience with cross-Dutch and Asian contexts and C-level stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial and commercially minded, able to grow initiatives into business.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic projects and turn priorities into concrete plans with measurable results.
• Own Connect implementation at Sioux Netherlands including requirements, migration and adoption.
• Act as product owner: define roadmap with development team and senior architect.
• Build Connect proposition, business case and delivery approach for clients.
• Align with European business development on sales pipeline, pricing input, and delivery.
• Own IT roadmap across Sioux Asia (China, Singapore, Vietnam, India) including cloud vs on-prem and ISO 27001.
• Drive AI automation of support processes while scaling without headcount.
• Contribute to tribe forecasting, OKRs and continuous improvement of selling/delivering.
• Prepare and facilitate OKR workshops and quarterly reviews.
