Job summary

Sioux Group Singapore is seeking a Solution Lead to own Sioux Connect from requirements to adoption: you shape what we build, ensure it lands with users, and turn it into a proposition we sell. Your first mission is the Connect implementation at Sioux Netherlands as a reference case, while driving IT and AI automation across Sioux Asia.

You will split time as 60% Connect, 20% internal IT and AI automation, and 20% tribe contribution.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategy, operations or IT consulting, with hands-on implementation experience.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into working systems and KPI frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Sioux Connect implementation at Sioux Netherlands: requirements, stakeholder alignment, migration, adoption and change management.
• Act as product owner: set the roadmap with the development team and senior architect and prioritize across internal and client needs.
• Build the Connect proposition, business case and implementation approach for external clients, and lead solution design in client pursuits.
• Work closely with European business development, who own the sales pipeline, while you own the solution, pricing input and delivery.
