Job summary

Cisco DevNet in Singapore seeks a senior Solutions Engineering leader to unite customer priorities with Cisco architectures, guiding multi-regional teams and driving sustained growth.

You will mentor leaders, translate strategy into scalable sales motions, and build trusted relationships with CXOs, directors, and channel partners while collaborating across Engineering, Partners, Marketing and Customer Experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Engineering teams across multiple regions and leaders in APJC.
• Translate Cisco's technical sales strategy into scalable programmatic initiatives that drive market expansion, booking growth, and strong quota performance.
• Collaborate with our channel partners to align on their business objectives, technology roadmaps, and industry focus.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer and partner stakeholders, including CXOs, Directors, and key IT leaders.
• Engage directly with strategic accounts and large, competitive opportunities, navigating complex deal structures and multi-architecture solutions.
• Adapt technical sales strategies to strengthen account planning, increase bookings, and optimize resource allocation.
• Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, technical sales execution, and quota performance.
