Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Engineering teams across multiple regions & leaders in APJC.
• Translate Cisco's technical sales strategy into scalable programmatic initiatives that drive market expansion and quota performance.
• Collaborate with channel partners to align on business objectives and drive partner-led demand.
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with senior customer and partner stakeholders.
• Engage directly with strategic accounts and navigate complex deal structures.
• Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen team effectiveness and growth.
