Job summary

Cisco Systems (USA) Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior Solutions Engineering leader to align architectures with customer priorities and drive growth across regions in APJC.

You will lead multiple teams, translate sales strategy into scalable initiatives, and nurture strong executive relationships with customers and partners. You will collaborate with Engineering, Partners, Marketing, and other units to expand market share, improve bookings, and optimize resource use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of related experience.
• 5+ years of supervisory or people-management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead Solutions Engineering teams across multiple regions in APJC.
• Translate Cisco's sales strategy into scalable programmatic initiatives to drive market expansion and bookings.
• Collaborate with channel partners to align on objectives and drive partner-led demand.
• Coach and mentor leaders to strengthen team effectiveness, technical sales execution, and quota performance.
• Build trusted relationships with senior customer and partner stakeholders, including CXOs and IT leaders.
