Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Sales Application Engineer / Steam Specialist. The role focuses on engineering solutions, pre-/post-sales support, and close collaboration with the sales team to meet customer requirements.

You'll work on steam systems, steam traps, and related equipment, delivering demonstrations and technical training while coordinating projects to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. This is a permanent on-site position at Ang Mo Kio.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
• Hands-on experience as a Steam Specialist / Product Specialist.
• Hands-on experience with steam traps, boilers, valves, and related equipment.
• Class 3 Driving license

Responsibilities

• Build strong customer relationships by providing engineering solutions and pre-/post-sales support.
• Collaborate with sales to understand customer requirements and propose suitable products.
• Identify technical issues, troubleshoot, and propose practical energy-saving solutions.
• Engage in technical discussions with customers' engineering teams on process concerns.
• Coordinate with Technical Service Unit to implement engineering solutions and maintain service standards.
• Prepare and deliver product demonstrations, presentations, and technical training.
• Contribute to technical or marketing materials as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify product improvement opportunities.
• Liaise with principals and suppliers on quotations, specifications, and suitable solutions.
• Source suitable products from local and overseas suppliers to expand product range.
• Support projects from planning to completion, including coordination and issue resolution.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and proper documentation.
• Coordinate joint customer visits with Sales and maintain clear communication with stakeholders.
