Job summary

You will identify opportunities, conduct product presentations and demonstrations, tailor proposals, liaise with suppliers and internal teams, and travel to customer sites or events as needed to drive growth and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Experience in technical sales or engineering.
• Ability to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities and maintain relationships with customers.
• Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions.
• Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
• Prepare quotations and proposals based on customer requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers, engineers and internal teams to meet specifications.
• Provide technical advice before and after sales.
• Follow up on enquiries, quotations, orders, deliveries and payments.
• Attend customer meetings, site visits, exhibitions and events as needed.
• Maintain records of customer information and sales activities.
• Aim to achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
• Handle customer feedback and coordinate with departments to resolve issues.
• May travel to customer sites and meetings.
