Job summary

OPSWAT is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive growth and adoption of MetaDefender NetWall across the APAC region. You will act as the SME, partnering with sales, product, and engineering to deliver innovative solutions for critical infrastructure sectors.

You will combine deep networking expertise with business development insight to identify new market opportunities, support complex customer engagements, and influence product strategy for future growth.

Qualifications

7+ years in Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales, Network Architect, or similar client-facing role.
Strong data networking knowledge including BGP, routing, and SD-WAN.
Solid OT/ICS background with industrial protocols.
Able to translate complex tech into business value for customers.
Experience leading PoC engagements and design work.
Excellent documentation and presentation skills.
Willingness to travel 25–30% across APAC.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical expert for MetaDefender NetWall in APAC.
Design secure OT network architectures with the sales team and present solutions to customers/partners.
Lead workshops, PoCs, and architecture deployments to validate designs.
Collaborate with product to translate customer needs into roadmap input.
Develop positioning and enablement materials for sales teams.
Build partnerships with technology vendors and system integrators.
