Versa Networks in Singapore is seeking a passionate, entrepreneurial Solution Architect to help our customers evaluate, adopt and expand the use of our Secure SD-WAN, SSE, and SASE technologies. You will lead architectural design, perform hands-on tests, and provide professional services to strategic customers, while authoring knowledge-base content for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• Language requirement: Mandarin & English
• Security clearance required, supporting Federal Agencies
• Experience in planning/designing or operating large WAN/LAN networks
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP stack and operation
• Knowledge of WAN technologies: MPLS, VPNs, BGP, OSPF, QoS, NAT, Multicast
• Experience architecting/managing large-scale enterprise networking solutions
• Knowledge of Linux administration
• Scripting knowledge: Shell, Python
• Willingness to travel for on-site support
• Desirable: experience with firewalls/UTMs, IDS/IPS, SaaS architectures, cloud tech (AWS/Azure/OpenStack/VMware)

Responsibilities

• Evangelize technical leadership to customers and partners
• Provide architectural design services for state-of-art SD-WAN deployments with HLD/LLD docs
• Perform hands-on tests to validate PoC setups and network designs
• Provide Professional Services on assignment bases to strategic customers
