APAC Solutions Architect – OT Networking & Security

Job summary

OPSWAT is seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to drive growth and adoption of MetaDefender NetWall across APAC. You will act as the SME, partnering with sales, product, and engineering to deliver innovative solutions for critical infrastructure sectors such as energy, manufacturing, and government.

You will combine deep networking and OT expertise with business development insight to identify opportunities, support complex customer engagements, and influence product strategy for growth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Solutions Architect, Pre-Sales, Network Architect, or similar roles.
• Strong expertise in data networking technologies and protocols including BGP, routing, and SD-WAN architectures.
• Solid background in OT environments and familiarity with ICS protocols.
• Proven ability to translate complex tech solutions into clear business value.
• Experience leading PoC engagements and technical solution design.
• Strong skills in technical documentation, requirements definition, and business case development.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for both technical and executive audiences.
• Willingness to travel 25–30% across the APAC region.

Responsibilities

• Act as the technical expert for MetaDefender NetWall across APAC.
• Design secure OT network architectures with the sales team and present to customers/partners.
• Lead technical workshops, product demonstrations, and PoC engagements to validate solutions.
• Guide customers through prequalification, architecture design, and deployment planning.
• Identify market opportunities and emerging use cases for NetWall in critical infrastructure.
• Develop business cases, technical requirements, and market insights for product expansion.
• Collaborate with product teams to translate customer needs into product enhancements.
