Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a senior product manager to lead strategy and go-to-market for healthcare and optical microscopy solutions in the Asia-Pacific region. You will translate customer needs into requirements, shape roadmaps and pricing, and support demand planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Optics, Physics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a technical/scientific field.
• Strong microscopy/optical microscopy knowledge preferred.
• Strong business acumen connecting technical solutions to market needs.
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives across product lifecycles.
• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
• Proactive, self-driven, regionally focused.
• Confident presentation and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Drive product strategy, planning and go-to-market execution for healthcare / microscopy solutions.

• Support demand forecasting and sales planning.
• Provide technical and application support for optical microscopy systems, including Confocal, TIRF and Super-Resolution microscopy.
• Design system configurations based on customers’ applications and technical requirements.
• Support pre-sales activities including product demonstrations, workshops and conferences.
• Deliver product and application training to internal teams and distributors.
• Work closely with HQ, factories, Product Management, Planning, Sales and Service teams across the region.

Requirements

• Min. bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Optics, Physics or related discipline
• Min. 5 years of relevant experience in a technical / scientific field
• Knowledge and experience with microscopy / optical microscopy systems strongly preferred
• Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical solutions to customer and market needs
• Able to manage multiple initiatives across different product lifecycle stages
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills
