Job summary

Geek+ is seeking a skilled Solution Engineer to engage with customers, gather requirements, and design compelling solutions in collaboration with the sales team. You will analyze existing processes, identify value opportunities, and deliver effective demos to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

The role requires a 5-year track record in solution engineering or pre-sales, strong communication skills, and proficiency in English and Chinese.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales, or similar.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with audiences of varying technical levels.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities; able to manage multiple priorities.

What you have to do

• Engage with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and technical needs. Participate in discussions and meetings to gather detailed information and insights that will help in designing effective solutions
• Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities and customize solutions according to customer expectations. Provide technical expertise and insights during the sales process to ensure alignment between customer requirements and solution design
• Conduct a comprehensive analysis of customer requirements by evaluating their existing systems, processes, and pain points. Identify areas where our products can provide value and address their challenges
• Create engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value and capabilities of our solutions. Effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

What you need to have

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field
• 5 years of experience in solution engineering, pre-sales engineering, or similar role
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office is highly advantageous
• Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
