Job summary

Geekplus is seeking a Project Manager in Singapore to drive end-to-end project management across Southeast Asia. You will lead cross-functional teams, define scope, milestones, and budget, and report progress to senior management.

You will collaborate with departments to ensure on-time delivery, manage resources and risks, and maintain strong relationships with customers and contractors. Fluency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin is required, with a focus on automation and logistics solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 5 years of solid experience in project planning and delivery.
• Knowledge in warehouse operations, logistics management, and/or automation solutions.
• Organized with strong communication and negotiation skills; able to work with external customers/contractors.
• Proficiency in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-spectrum project management for SEA, defining objectives, deliverables, scope, milestones, timeline, resources and budget.
• Direct the project team, assign tasks, monitor progress, and report milestones, risks and issues to stakeholders.
• Identify resources and manage budgets, monitor utilization and mitigate risks to ensure compliance and project success.
• Close projects with documentation, lessons learned and formal handover to stakeholders.

What you have to do

• Responsible for the full spectrum of project management cycle for SEA. As a project owner to collaborate with relevant stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, scope, and constraints. Develop a detailed project plan, including but not limited to timeline, milestones, resources allocation, and budget estimation
• Lead the project team, assign tasks, and monitor the progress of each project. Work closely with various departments and stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation. Conduct regular meetings with the project team, stakeholders, and senior management. Provide status updates progress reports, and presentation on project milestones, risks, and issues
• Identify and allocate the necessary resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to support project activities. Monitor resource utilization and adjust if necessary to optimize project performance. Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, and to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and quality standards
• Conduct project closure activities, including finalizing project documentation, conducting lessons learned sessions, and transitioning project deliverables to relevant stakeholders

What you need to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields
• 5 years of solid experience in project planning and delivery, possess relevant project management skills, and proficiency in using various tools to support project delivery
• Knowledge in warehouse operations, logistics management, and/or solution design in automations, 3PL, and related fields is highly preferred
• Organized and detail-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills, able to work directly with external customers and/or contractors for project implementation
• Proficient in both spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
