Job summary

Pan-united Concrete Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Analyst to analyse clients’ processes and systems, document challenges, and identify opportunities for improvement in a fast-paced environment in Singapore. You will develop operational improvements and work with cross-functional teams to implement changes.

Responsibilities include creating user guides, training clients, and supporting testing activities while ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics or relevant discipline.
• Experience in business analytics or consulting will be advantageous.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

• Strong expertise in agile methodologies.
