Job summary

NANO CLOUD PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a results-driven Software Consultant to collaborate with clients, analyze business needs, design scalable software solutions, and ensure successful implementation in IT consulting, payroll, and HR systems.

Responsibilities include gathering requirements, advising on HR/payroll solutions, coordinating with development teams, supporting UAT and deployment, and delivering clear documentation to ensure client satisfaction and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field.
• 2–6 years of relevant software consulting or business analysis experience.
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Basic SQL/database knowledge and ability to support integrations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management for client engagement.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide consulting on IT solutions including HR systems, payroll solutions, and enterprise applications to meet client needs.
• Design and recommend scalable, cost-effective software solutions aligned with client objectives.
• Coordinate with internal and external development teams to ensure timely and quality solution delivery.
• Support system implementation, conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and manage deployment activities.
• Prepare clear functional specifications, documentation, and reports to support project transparency and knowledge sharing.
• Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot issues to maintain system performance and client satisfaction.
• Ensure solutions comply with Singapore business and data regulations where applicable.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

Required competencies and certifications

• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to guide project phases effectively
• Basic knowledge of databases (SQL) and system integrations to support technical solution design
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration and client engagement
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working with enterprise applications, HRMS, or payroll systems
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
• Exposure to data analytics, AI, or digital transformation projects
• Familiarity with Agile methodology to support iterative development and delivery
