Michael Page Singapore is seeking a Head of Solution Architecture to lead the organisation's technology strategy across cloud, data, and AI initiatives. You will translate business goals into scalable architecture, influence the C-suite, and drive major transformation programmes.

You will establish governance, oversee cloud platforms and integrations, and mentor a high-performing architecture team in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Engineering, IS or related field.
• 5+ years leadership experience in architecture/engineering/tech teams.
• Experience with enterprise-scale solution design and cloud architectures.
• Strong ability to influence C-suite and communicate with business.
• Experience driving AI, automation and digital transformation initiatives.

Job Description

As Head of Solution Architecture, you will provide strategic leadership across architecture, technology governance, and enterprise technology initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

• Define and evolve the organisation's enterprise and solution architecture roadmap to support business objectives and long-term growth.


• Establish architecture frameworks, standards, and governance practices that promote scalability, resilience, security, and operational excellence.


• Partner with executive stakeholders to evaluate emerging technologies and guide strategic technology investment decisions.

• Lead architecture reviews and support major transformation programmes from design through implementation.

• Build and mentor a high-performing architecture capability while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


• Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, translating complex technology challenges into clear strategic recommendations.

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related discipline.


• Extensive hands-on experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or enterprise architecture


• More than 5 years of leadership experience managing architecture, engineering, or technology teams.


• Strong expertise in enterprise-scale solution design, cloud architectures, APIs, distributed systems, and platform engineering.


• Experience establishing architecture governance, standards, operating models, and technology controls.


• Deep understanding of cloud platforms, software architecture, integration frameworks, and data ecosystems.


• Strong knowledge of security, compliance, risk management, and technology governance principles.


• Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and communicate effectively with both technical and business audiences.


• Experience driving AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
