Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking a Head of IT Retail Application to lead the enterprise architecture team and set the long-term technical vision for a high-growth global enterprise. The role directly interfaces with executives spanning product, engineering, data, and business units, shaping strategic technical roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of direct team management experience.
• Strategic enterprise architect background with transformation experience in complex, multi-national orgs.
• Proven track record in architecting and governing enterprise-grade systems across CRM, data, and integration layers.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to translate tech concepts into business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define, evolve, and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy and governance framework across legacy and modern platforms.
• Architect scalable, resilient, and secure enterprise platform strategies spanning CRM, E-commerce and Omnichannel.
• Chair architectural governance boards to uphold standards across compliance, risk, cost, and operational efficiency.
• Lead architecture governance boards balancing rapid innovation with risk, cost, and security.
• Evaluate and select emerging technologies for secure integration across IT environments.
• Partner with cross-functional executive leaders to align roadmaps with business vision.
• Mentor and grow solution architecture teams and guide internal and vendor delivery.
• Drive business process improvements and stability across SAP CRM, ecommerce, loyalty programs, and reporting.
