Job summary

Tap Growth ai is seeking a strategic, tech-savvy Solution Architect to drive the development of technology solutions from initiation through implementation, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the enterprise architecture.

The role requires 10+ years in IT architecture and software development, strong expertise with Java, .NET Core, Springboot, Kubernetes, Jenkins and OpenSearch, and demonstrated leadership and communication skills for enterprise projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with a specialization in software engineering, application development, or similar.
• Minimum 10 years working experience in IT architecture and software development.
• Familiar with modularity, event-driven, and microservices architectures.
• Proficient with Java, .NET Core, Springboot, Kubernetes, Jenkins and OpenSearch.
• Cloud technologies knowledge and X-as-a-Service from CSPs.
• Familiar with Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership and communication skills.

We're Hiring: Solution Architect!

We are seeking a strategic, tech-savvy and customer-centric Solution Architect to join our team. This role is responsible for leading the technological solution development from initiation through implementation. You'll play a key role in collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop the solution architecture to meet business needs while ensuring adherence to the overarching enterprise architecture blueprint.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (JOB REQUIREMENTS)

Enterprise Architecture Governance & Strategy

• 1 Enterprise Architecture Governance & Strategy
• 2 Align the development of RWS IT landscape according to the set-out IT architectural principles and standards across the RWS organization
• 3 Participate in the forming up and execution of various RWS IT strategies
• 4 Participate in architecture reviews for new systems or changes to existing systems

Solution Design & Architecture

• 1 Solution Design & Architecture
• 2 Explore and evaluate technologies & solutions in pursuance of the RWS digital transformation journey
• 3 Drive the RWS Business Services Platform initiative across the different lines of business
• 4 Support proof-of-value initiatives to meet business and IT needs
• 5 Provide technical leadership to project teams in areas of solution design and application development
• 6 Perform technical design reviews and ensure enterprise-wide architectural standards are adhered to

Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration

• 1 Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
• 2 Engage stakeholders (i.e. project teams and business units) to ensure solution architecture is aligned with business functional and non-functional requirements
• 3 Foster strong partnerships across departments, including various customer facing business units, and operations, to support solution implementation success

JOB REQUIREMENTS/JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in computer science with a specialization in software engineering, application development, or similar
• Technology enthusiast with a minimum of 10 years working experience in the fields of IT architecture and software development
• Avid practitioner of system architecture design patterns such as modularity designs, event-driven architectures, and microservices architectures
• Highly proficient in development platforms/frameworks/tooling such as Java, .NET Core, Springboot, Kubernetes, Jenkins and OpenSearch
• Good knowledge in Cloud technologies; X-as-a-Service from different Cloud Services Providers (CSP)
• Familiar with project delivery methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile/Scrum)
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
