Job summary

EDUCARE HUMAN CAPITAL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a senior AI architect to design and deliver Azure-native GenAI solutions for large enterprises. You will lead architecture decisions, champion best practices for LLM orchestration, and guide multi-year transformation programs with senior stakeholders.

You will build intelligent agents using Azure Semantic Kernel, vector memory, and scalable pipelines, while mentoring delivery teams and driving hands-on work to achieve measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years IT experience with 5+ years on Azure.
• Strong Python engineering for LLM workflows.
• Hands-on with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Search.
• Experience with MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and governance.
• Proven ability to work in distributed, containerized environments (Kubernetes, Git).

Role Overview

You will be responsible for architecting and delivering Azure-native AI solutions across complex enterprise environments. This senior-level role requires deep technical expertise in Python, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel, and modern LLM orchestration patterns, alongside the strategic capability to guide multi-year transformation programs and articulate AI strategies to senior stakeholders.

• Architect and implement GenAI and agentic AI solutions on Azure.
• Build intelligent agents using Azure AI Semantic Kernel, vector memory, and orchestration patterns.
• Design scalable AI pipelines, LLM integrations, and model optimization workflows.
• Lead customer workshops, define AI strategies, and guide multi-year transformation programs.
• Provide technical leadership and best-practice guidance to delivery teams.
• Engage directly in hands-on technical and keyboard activities.

Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of general IT experience, including at least 5+ years building and deploying solutions on Azure.
• Strong Python engineering skills specifically tailored for LLM workflows and orchestration.
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Services, Azure Open AI, Cognitive Search, and vector databases.
• Practical knowledge of agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, CI/CD, and enterprise governance.
• Proven experience working indistributed, containerized environments, including Kubernetes and Git.

Nice to Have

• Relevant Microsoft Azure certifications, such as AI-102, AZ-204, or Solutions Architect.
• Experience with data engineering and large-scale data processing platforms like PySpark and Databricks.
