Job summary

STAFFKING PTE LTD is hiring a site supervisor for solar installation projects, located near Potong Pasir. You will supervise daily site activities, plan manpower, and ensure work meets schedule while coordinating with Business Development and project teams.

Experience in solar installation, roof waterproofing or painting is advantageous. A Singapore Class 3 car licence or Class 2 motorcycle licence is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar panel installation, roof waterproofing or painting works will be an advantage.
• Possess a Singapore Class 3 driving licence or Class 2 motorcycle licence.
• AutoCAD and HelioScope experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily project site activities and ensure work is completed according to schedule.
• Plan manpower allocation and project timelines at least 1 week in advance.
• Monitor project progress and provide daily updates to management.
• Coordinate closely with the Business Development team and project teams on project schedules.
• Prepare materials and inventory requirements for new projects.
• Manage project schedules and manpower allocation using Odoo software.
• Design residential rooftop layouts using HelioScope.
• Conduct quality checks upon project completion and prepare QC reports.
