Job summary

STAFFKING PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Residential Site Coordinator to supervise daily residential project site activities, coordinate manpower, and monitor progress to ensure on-time completion.

The role requires planning ahead for schedules and coordinating with the Residential BD Team and Business Head. The ideal candidate has a Diploma in Engineering or related field and experience in solar installations, waterproofing, painting, or building works.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant qualification in Engineering, Construction, Building Services, Solar Energy or related fields.
• Relevant experience in residential site coordination, solar panel installation, roof waterproofing, painting or building works will be an advantage.
• Able to coordinate manpower, work schedules, project timelines and daily site activities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of AutoCAD and HelioScope is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily residential project site activities, coordinate work teams and manpower allocation, and monitor project progress to ensure scheduled completion.
• Plan project commencement, manpower deployment and work schedules at least one week in advance, while coordinating closely with the Residential BD Team and Business Head.
• Prepare inventory Sales Orders, daily project progress reports and weekly manpower/project schedules using Odoo for management review.
• Use HelioScope for residential rooftop solar design and AutoCAD for drafting residential Single Line Diagrams.
• Conduct work completion quality checks for residential projects and prepare Quality Control Reports, while supporting solar panel installation, roof waterproofing and painting works.
