Job summary

SWIFT SEARCH GLOBAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a qualified project coordinator for residential solar works.

You will supervise daily site activities, plan manpower and schedules, and prepare sales orders for materials to support confirmed projects. You will present progress updates to the Business Head, use Odoo for project management, and prepare rooftop designs with HelioScope. AutoCAD will be used to draft residential SLDs, and you may travel to project sites with a valid Singapore

Qualifications

• Relevant technical/engineering qualification or experience in solar, electrical, construction or related fields.
• Familiar with AutoCAD; knowledge of HelioScope will be an advantage.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to coordinate site teams, manage schedules and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily residential solar project works and ensure projects are completed according to schedule and quality requirements.
• Plan manpower allocation and project schedules at least 1 week in advance.
• Prepare Sales Orders for materials/inventory required for confirmed projects.
• Monitor project progress and provide daily updates to the Business Head.
• Update and present project schedules and manpower allocation using Odoo during weekly operations meetings.
• Coordinate closely with the Residential Business Development team and Business Head on project commencement and completion timelines.
• Use HelioScope to prepare residential rooftop solar designs.
• Prepare residential Single Line Diagrams (SLD) using AutoCAD.
• Conduct quality control checks upon project completion and prepare QC reports.
• Perform other project coordination and site-related duties as required.

Basic Salary: $2,500 - $3,000/month
Transport Allowance: $350/month (Car) | $200/month (Motorcycle)
Working Days:5.5-day work week

Requirements

• Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence or Class 2 motorcycle licence, as travelling to project sites is required.
• Familiar with AutoCAD; knowledge of HelioScope will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of Odoo/project management software is an advantage; training will be provided if required.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Able to coordinate site teams, manage schedules and work independently.
