Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte Ltd is hiring a Residential Site Engineer for a role based at Lor Bakar Batu, Singapore. You will supervise daily project teams and plan manpower to meet the project schedule, ensuring smooth kickoff and completion.

You will use Helioscope for roof design and AutoCAD for drafting, and report progress to the Business Head. A background in solar installation, roofing, and painting is preferred, with a valid Singapore driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience in solar panel installation, roof waterproofing and painting.
• Possess Singapore Class 3 driving or Class 2 motorcycle licence.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily project work teams to maintain progress against the schedule.
• Prepare sales orders for inventories to start projects.
• Plan manpower and schedules at least one week ahead.
• Report project progress daily to Business Head.
• Present schedules and manpower in Odoo for weekly meetings.
• Use Helioscope for roof design and AutoCAD for drafting.
• Perform quality control reports for completed projects.
• Coordinate with Residential BD Team and Business Head on kickoff and timelines.
