Job summary

StaffKing PTE. LTD. is seeking a Residential Site Engineer to supervise daily on-site activities for residential solar projects in Singapore. The role focuses on coordinating manpower, schedules and quality control to ensure timely completion.

You will design rooftop layouts using HelioScope, draft single-line diagrams with AutoCAD, and liaise with the BD and Business Head to align milestones with client needs. A Diploma in Engineering and a Singapore driving licence are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering or related field required.
• Singapore Class 3 driving licence or Class 2 motorcycle licence required.
• Experience in site supervision or project coordination in solar/renewable energy is an advantage.
• Knowledge of HelioScope and AutoCAD preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project schedules.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily project work teams to ensure productivity and timely completion of projects.
• Plan manpower allocation and project schedules at least one week in advance.
• Prepare Sales Orders for required inventory before project commencement.
• Monitor and report daily project progress to the Business Head.
• Prepare and present project schedules and manpower allocation using Odoo during weekly BD & Operations meetings.
• Liaise closely with the Residential BD Team and Business Head to coordinate timelines.
• Design residential rooftop layouts using HelioScope and draft SLDs using AutoCAD.
• Conduct quality control checks and prepare QC reports after each project.
• Manage project schedules and manpower allocation to ensure smooth site operations.

Salary: Basic $2600 - $3000 + Transport Allowance
Transport Allowance:

• $350/month for personal car owners
• $200/month for personal motorcycle owners

Working Hours

• 5.5-day work week
• Working hours as per project requirements

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise daily project work teams to ensure productivity and timely completion of projects.
