Qualifications

Responsibilities

Job description

• Provide technical guidance to the team in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing system performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and architect technical solutions for digital learning and integrate them with existing systems and platforms

Requirements

• PMP, ITIL, or certifications related to learning management or digital transformation are a plus
• Familiarity with industry standards and trends in learning and development technologies, including SCORM and xAPI
• Prior experience with government agencies is preferred
• Strong proficiency in Learning Management Systems, authoring tools such as Articulate and Captivate, and Learning Experience Platforms
• Proven track record leading digitalization and e-learning projects
• Deep understanding of instructional design, content management, and digital learning trends
• Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, HTML5, and CSS
• Familiarity with integration techniques, APIs, and cloud-based solutions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience mentoring junior team members and working cross-functionally with IT, business, and learning teams
• Ability to analyze data and metrics to assess learning-solution effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to present technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
