Job description

• Overseeing the design, implementation, and management of digital learning platforms (e.g., Learning Management Systems (LMS), e-learning tools, and virtual classrooms).


• Provide technical guidance to the team in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing system performance.

Requirements

• Proven track record in leading digitalization and e-learning projects, with a deep understanding of instructional design, content management, and digital learning trends.


• Familiarity with software development languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, HTML5, CSS) and integration techniques (APIs, cloud-based solutions).


• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring junior team members and working cross-functionally with IT, business, and learning teams.
