Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. seeks a dedicated Software QA Engineer to ensure our software products meet high standards of quality before client delivery.

This contract role focuses on building and executing test strategies, and developing automated regression suites. You will work within a dynamic team on government projects, with hybrid work arrangements and opportunities to engage in security testing and release validation.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of QA experience with strong hands-on automation in Agile environments.
• Experience designing end-to-end QA automation frameworks with CI/CD integration, test reporting and quality gates.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium or equivalent.
• Experience with API testing tools such as Postman/Newman/REST Assured or equivalent.
• Strong test design skills covering functional, regression, integration and negative testing, with basic SQL knowledge.
• Understanding of security testing, including authentication, authorisation, access controls and input validation, plus experience with defect/test management tools.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities
