INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is assisting an IT client in seeking a Software QA Engineer for a 1-year renewable contract.

The position is based in Paya Lebar with standard office hours, offering a salary package up to SGD 6,900 plus bonus. The role requires strong hands-on automation, design and execution of test strategies, and collaboration with developers to ensure quality across API and UI testing within CI/CD environments.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software QA with hands-on automation experience.
• Experience building and maintaining QA automation frameworks.
• Proficient with Playwright, Cypress, Selenium, or equivalents.
• Experience with API testing using Postman, Newman, REST Assured.
• Familiar with SQL for data validation and verification.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Knowledge of Agile development and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and regression test suites.
• Build and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, API, and smoke testing throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by preparing test scenarios and assisting users during testing.

Employment Type: 1-year renewable contract

Position: Software QA Engineer

Location: Paya Lebar

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Office Hours

Salary Package: Up to $6,900 + Bonus

Job Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test strategies, test plans, test cases, and regression test suites.

• Familiar with SQL for data validation and verification.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Understanding of software testing methodologies, defect management, and Agile development practices.
• Knowledge of application security testing concepts such as authentication, authorisation, and input validation is an advantage.
