Job summary

ScienTec Consulting Pte. Ltd. is seeking a senior Software Quality Engineer to ensure reliability, performance, and quality across the software development lifecycle.

You will collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions and continuously improve testing practices. In this hybrid Singapore-based role, you will design and run test plans, automate where possible, validate fixes, and oversee UAT to ensure business requirements are met.

Qualifications

• Min 7 years of experience in software quality assurance or testing.
• Experience with automated testing tools/frameworks such as Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, or Appium.
• Experience integrating test automation into CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience testing APIs, performance, or security.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Perform manual and automated testing across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Contribute to improving QA processes, tools, and standards.
• Validate bug fixes and verify releases before deployment.
