Job summary

ZHONG QI FUTURE (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a Quality Engineer to join a cross-functional Agile team on a large-scale national education project in Singapore. You will champion QE, drive automation, and ensure quality across mobile and web platforms.

You will design and maintain test environments, develop regression suites, and collaborate with developers to optimize CI/CD pipelines, ensuring the first-time-right delivery and robust releases.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in quality engineering or a related role.
• Strong foundation in test methodologies with rigorous attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, or Appium.
• Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD).
• Experience in non-functional testing (security, performance, load).
• Solid understanding of mobile (iOS/Android – React Native) and web technologies (React.js, Node.js).
• Strong unit testing skills with JavaScript frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
• Collaborative with strong communication and a proactive mindset.

You will join a cross-functional Agile team of UX/UI designers, mobile and web developers, product owners, and business analysts, working on a large-scale national strategic project in the education sector. What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Bring

• Minimum 3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related role
• Strong foundation in test methodologies, with sharp analytical skills and attention to detail
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Playwright, Cucumber, Selenium, or Appium
• Knowledge of Behavior-Driven Development (BDD)
• Experience in non-functional testing — security, performance, and load testing
• Solid understanding of mobile (iOS/Android – React Native) and web technologies (React.js, Node.js), including debugging tools
• Strong grasp of unit testing with JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Jest, Mocha, Jasmine)
• A collaborative spirit with strong communication skills
• A proactive mindset — you go the extra mile by exploring and building tools that improve testing processes
