Job summary

Ambition Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer to join its Operations Technology team in Singapore to build and maintain high-volume trade-processing systems using Rust, while supporting existing C#/.NET services. Qualifications

• Five+ years of enterprise software development experience.
• Proficient in Rust, Java or C# with strong backend focus.
• Experience with concurrency, multithreading and asynchronous programming.
• Working knowledge of C# and .NET Core.
• Experience with distributed systems, microservices, REST or gRPC.
• Hands-on experience with messaging systems such as Kafka, RabbitMQ, SQS or SNS.
• Experience with AWS including serverless technologies like Lambda.
• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, Jira or similar development tools.
• Financial markets, FIX protocol and post-trade experience are advantageous.
