About the TeamThe DCS platform team's goal is to build all the necessary and advanced tooling to support full-lifecycle operation and management of domestic and overseas data centres, covering data centre infrastructure operation and maintenance, server delivery, server operation, asset and resource management, platform tooling, as well as cloud services and server system services.Our vision is to provide highly available, stable, high-performance, and cost-effective computing resources for all business lines of the company.We are looking for talented individuals to join our team. Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s)- Individuals who are completing or have recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience- Coursework, academic projects, or internship experience in two or more of the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, distributed and parallel systems, networking systems, or building software systems- Strong foundational programming and problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn new systems and tools quicklyPreferred Qualification(s)- Exposure to GPU computing, big data technologies (Hadoop/Kafka/Apache), or streaming/computing concepts through coursework, internships, or personal projects- Software development experience with Golang or Python, through coursework, internships, or personal projects- Familiarity with the web stack, including protocols and basic web server concepts- Experience troubleshooting technical issues in an academic, internship, or personal project setting- Genuine interest in IT Operations concepts such as Discovery, Insights, and Configuration Management (DICM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), or IT Service Management (ITSM); prior coursework or exposure is a plus
