Job summary

Romulus Digital in Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer to join our delivery team and contribute to designing, configuring, testing, and implementing enterprise application solutions. You will collaborate with development leads, consultants, and testers to deliver integrations, workflows, automation, and unit through UAT testing across the full software lifecycle.

The role requires 5+ years in software development and experience with Dynamics 365, Power Platform, APIs, and enterprise-grade

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• Professional software engineer with enterprise apps experience.
• Experience configuring and integrating enterprise business apps.
• Ability to interpret specs and translate into components.
• Experience with workflow development, integration, automation.
• Understanding of APIs and data flows.
• Experience in testing: unit, SI, regression.
• Ability to support UAT and defect resolution.
• Familiarity with controlled dev/deploy in enterprise environments.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Strong collaboration and communication across teams.
• Availability for shift/roster including weekends/public holidays in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Deliver application-development initiatives and project workstreams.
• Translate requirements into maintainable system components.
• Develop and configure enterprise application enhancements.
• Build and maintain system integrations and workflows.
• Collaborate with consultants to meet business needs.
• Ensure components integrate with broader environment.
• Perform configuration, development, and validation before testing.
• Participate in unit, integration and regression testing.
• Support UAT and address defects.
• Assist with deployment and release activities.
• Follow development, testing, change-control procedures.
• Maintain functional and technical documentation.
• Prepare training and knowledge-transfer materials.
• Participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.
• Work across disciplines to ensure timely delivery.
• Contribute to continuous improvement.
