Romulus Digital PTE. LTD. is seeking a Maintenance Technical Consultant to join our enterprise applications team.

You will support Dynamics 365, Power Platform, APIs, and integrations, focusing on stability, enhancements, and ongoing operation of complex solutions. You will collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business stakeholders to design scalable technical solutions, implement customisations, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to deployment readiness and quality across

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in enterprise application development, technical consulting, system integration, or application maintenance and support.
Degree, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.
Professional experience in a Technical Consultant, Dynamics 365 Developer, Application Developer, Application Support Engineer, or similar enterprise role.
Hands-on experience developing, customizing, maintaining, or supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 or comparable enterprise applications.
Strong understanding of enterprise app architecture, customization, development, and integration principles.
Experience designing and supporting integrations between enterprise applications and external systems.
Good knowledge of REST APIs, web services, data interfaces, authentication, and integration patterns.
Experience with databases, data models, and data exchange between multiple systems.
Ability to investigate and troubleshoot application defects, integration problems, performance issues, and technical incidents.
Experience with structured software development and release practices, including source control, code review, builds, deployments, regression testing, and rollback planning.
Understanding of production support, change management, and controlled release processes.

Responsibilities

Support ongoing technical architecture and application landscape for Dynamics 365 and related Microsoft technologies.
Design and develop system enhancements and customisations based on functional requirements and standards.
Translate functional specs into scalable technical solutions.
Develop, test, deploy, and maintain application components with proper release practices.
Build and support integrations between Dynamics 365 and external platforms and services.
Design and maintain APIs, interfaces, middleware components, and data exchange services.
Develop and support Power Platform solutions where applicable.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical dependencies across end-to-end processes.
Monitor environments to improve performance, reliability, and efficiency.
Investigate defects, integration failures, and data-processing issues, coordinating resolutions across teams.
Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend preventive improvements.
Support release activities including source control, build, deployment, regression testing, and rollback readiness.
Verify changes post-deployment and assist with post-release troubleshooting.
Maintain technical documentation such as architecture diagrams, data models, interface specs, and deployment procedures.
