Job summary
Romulus Digital is seeking an experienced Maintenance Functional Consultant to join their application maintenance team in Singapore. You will work with business users and technical teams to maintain and enhance Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform-based systems in a production support environment.
The role covers requirements analysis, configuration, testing, documentation, release readiness, and user training, collaborating across Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Power BI, and integrations to
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in enterprise application functional consulting or similar roles.
- Degree or equivalent in IT, IS, business, CS or related discipline.
- Experience configuring and supporting Dynamics 365 or similar ERP/CRM systems.
- Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ability to translate requirements into system configurations and workflows.
- Experience with testing: functional, regression, and UAT.
- Knowledge of integrations between Dynamics 365 and external apps.
- Excellent documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work shift/roster including weekends and Singapore public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Dynamics 365 applications per business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate needs into functional specs.
- Prepare process flows, configuration requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Analyse integration needs between Dynamics 365 and external systems.
- Support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
- Plan and execute functional, system, and regression testing.
- Support UAT, issue clarification, defect tracking, and acceptance.
- Maintain up-to-date functional documentation and user guides.
- Assist with release activities and post-deployment support.
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve user experience.
