Job summary

Zenith Infotech is seeking a versatile IT applications professional to maintain and enhance enterprise apps, redevelop e-services on cloud infra, and ensure security and compliance. You will design, code, test, and assist users in UAT, while preparing comprehensive documentation.

The role involves creating unit and end-to-end tests with Azure technologies, troubleshooting live issues, and driving enhancements from development to production in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in this role with frontend and backend experience.
• Proficient in JSP, JavaScript, ReactJS, and RESTful APIs.
• Experience with J2EE app servers and Spring ecosystem.
• Experience with SQL databases (MS SQL/Oracle).

Role Overview

• Maintain and enhance IT applications, including implementing new enhancements, troubleshooting live issues to identify root causes, and providing workable solutions to fix issues.
• Redevelop existing e-services onto cloud infrastructure and ensure compliance with security (AIAS) requirements.
• Perform design, programming, integration, and system testing; assist users in User Acceptance Testing (UAT); and prepare documentation.
• Generate unit tests and end-to-end test scripts using Azure technologies.
• Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve issues, and develop automated test cases to prevent recurrence of similar issues.
• Oversee all enhancements and fixes through to deployment in testing and live environments within agreed timelines, working with end users, server administrators, database administrators, and system analysts supporting the IT systems.

Experienceand Skills Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information/ Inforcomm Technology, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in this role, with good experience in the following skills/technologies:

Frontend

• JSP, JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX/JSON, ReactJS, SOAP(Simple Object Access Protocol)

Backend

• J2EE (WebLogic, Tomcat) or Struts or Spring MVC or Spring Cloud or Spring Boot
• JDBC Template, My Batis framework
• RESTful APIs
• MS SQL or Oracle or PL/SQL
