Job summary

Visa Hunt is seeking a Software Engineer – Java to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications, ensuring high-quality code and delivery standards. 2–3 years of Java experience required, with preferred Angular familiarity.

You will collaborate with Business Analysts and Team Leads to translate requirements into scalable designs, write clean code, and contribute to testing, documentation, and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Java application development.
• Strong proficiency in Java and enterprise application development.
• Experience with Angular is highly preferred.
• Comfortable working on application maintenance, bug fixing, and enhancement projects.
• Good understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), coding standards, and development best practices.
• Experience in unit testing, debugging, and troubleshooting applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and application documentation.
