Job summary

Activate Interactive Pte Ltd in Singapore is hiring a Software Engineer for a fixed-term contract from 1 October 2026 to 30 September 2027. You will develop web products end-to-end, translating ideas into production-ready solutions while collaborating with product managers and designers.

The role requires a degree in CS/SE, 7+ years’ hands-on experience, strong Node.js skills, and a track record of delivering production code in a modern cloud-based environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline.
• 7+ years of hands-on software engineering experience, with recent experience actively writing and shipping production code.
• Strong, recent Node.js experience and familiarity with the modern Node.js ecosystem.
• Proven experience building a web system end-to-end - including frontend, backend, databases, APIs, infrastructure and deployment.
• Strong understanding of modern web architecture, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD and software engineering practices.
• Comfortable working independently in ambiguous problem spaces and making sound technical decisions.

What will you do?

What are we looking for?
