Job summary

Avensys is hiring for Production Support to provide L1 support for 24x7 Core Banking applications and coordinate infrastructure maintenance. You will manage release implementations and work with multiple teams to ensure seamless service for business needs.

The role requires 1–3 years in IT production support, preferably in banking, with familiarity in Sunline Core Banking and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Elasticsearch, and Grafana.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of IT production support experience, preferably in banking or financial services.
• Basic understanding of core banking and banking operations is highly desirable.
• Prior experience with Sunline Core Banking would be a strong case for candidate.
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and monitoring tools like Prometheus, Elasticsearch and Grafana.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively across teams.
• Knowledge incident management processes is a plus

Responsibilities

Job Description

• Provide L1 production support for 24x7 on Core Banking applications.
• To coordinate and support infrastructure maintenance activities
• To manage implementations of new application releases; adhering to the best practices of the release management process.
