Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, software engineering or related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in full software development lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• 3+ years of Java and/or Kotlin experience building scalable backend applications.
• Frontend UI development using React with responsive design.
• Root cause analysis and production troubleshooting experience.
• Design system architecture, code reviews and quality assurance.
• Production support, incident resolution and performance optimization.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, QA, DevOps and business stakeholders.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Learning agility and adaptability to evolving technologies.

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline with strong fundamentals in programming and system design.
• Hands-on experience in full software development lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Demonstrate solid programming expertise of at 3 years in Java and/or Kotlin with the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications.
• Develop modern user interfaces using frontend technologies such as React, ensuring responsive design and an enhanced user experience.
• Analyze complex technical problems, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions in production environments.
• Design system architecture, implement technical solutions, and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain coding standards and application quality.
• Work independently in providing production support, incident resolution, system enhancements, and continuous performance optimization.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
