Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years hands-on Java application development experience.
• Exposure to Angular or modern front-end frameworks.
• Strong understanding of OOP concepts and software design principles.
• Experience in developing RESTful APIs and web-based applications.
• Knowledge of SQL databases and database design concepts.
• Understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills for collaborative work.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Solution Architects, and technical teams to gather, analyze, and understand business and functional requirements.
• Design, develop, enhance, and maintain enterprise applications using Java and Angular.
• Translate functional and technical specifications into scalable, efficient, and maintainable software solutions.
• Write clean, secure, reusable, and well-documented code in accordance with coding standards and best practices.
• Develop and consume RESTful APIs to support application integration.
• Perform unit testing and support integration testing, system testing, and UAT.
• Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application defects, production issues, and performance bottlenecks.
• Implement software enhancements, bug fixes, and configuration changes as required.
• Participate in peer code reviews to ensure code quality and security compliance.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation throughout the SDLC.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Contribute to Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
