Job summary

PVH (Tommy Hilfiger/Calvin Klein) in Singapore seeks a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert to operate and manage enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions, including Azure, MECM, and Intune for device management and security.

The role emphasizes secure, scalable IT operations, deployment, policy enforcement, and integration of Azure AD with on-premises AD. You will provide Tier 3 support, drive automation with PowerShell, and train administrators and end-users.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Microsoft Azure, MECM (SCCM), and Intune/MDM.
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, and Azure AD.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust security models and endpoint protection.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft solutions.
• Deploy and configure MECM for OS deployment, patch management, and application distribution.
• Manage Intune for mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and compliance policies.
• Integrate Azure AD with on-premises Active Directory for identity and access management.
• Implement conditional access, endpoint security baselines, and compliance policies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and conduct workshops/training for administrators and end-users.
• Test devices and policies to ensure feasibility and compatibility.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) to operate and manage enterprise-scale Microsoft solutions, including Azure cloud services, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), and Microsoft Intune for device management. The SME will serve as a trusted advisor, ensuring secure, efficient, and scalable IT operations across the organization.

Operations & Support

• Provide operational support for endpoint and mobility issues as a Subject Matter Expert
• Strong in troubleshooting device enrollment, policy conflicts, patch failures, and application deployment issues
• Deploy and configure MECM for OS deployment, patch management, and application distribution.
• Manage Intune for mobile device management (MDM), mobile application management (MAM), and compliance policies.
• Integrate Azure AD with on-premises Active Directory for identity and access management.

Security & Compliance

• Implement conditional access, endpoint security baselines, and compliance policies.
• Ensure adherence to organizational and regulatory security standards.

Support & Troubleshooting

• Provide Tier 3 support for Microsoft solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across Azure, MECM, and Intune environments.

Collaboration & Training

• Work with business stakeholders and vendors to deliver solutions.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for administrators and end-users.
• Conduct testing of devices to ensure feasibility and compatability
